Copyright and DMCA Policy

This Copyright and DMCA Policy explains how 365vegas.com.pk handles original website content, third-party materials and requests concerning possible copyright or trademark issues.

365 Vegas respects intellectual-property rights and expects visitors and contributors to do the same.

This policy provides general information about our content-review process. It is not legal advice and does not replace the rights or procedures available under applicable law.

Ownership of Original Content

Unless otherwise stated, original material created specifically for 365vegas.com.pk may include:

  • Written articles
  • Original explanations
  • Website graphics
  • Custom images
  • Page layouts
  • Branding elements
  • Original comparison tables
  • Edited instructional materials

This material may be protected by applicable copyright rules.

The publication of content on a publicly accessible website does not automatically give another person permission to copy, republish, sell or claim ownership of it.

Acceptable References to Our Content

Another website may:

  • Link to a publicly available 365 Vegas page
  • Mention the title of an article
  • Quote a short and relevant passage
  • Refer readers to our original explanation
  • Use our content for legitimate commentary where permitted

When referencing our content, the source should be identified clearly and a direct link to the original page should be provided.

A reference must not suggest that 365 Vegas officially supports, owns or operates the other website.

Uses Requiring Permission

Unless permitted by applicable law, prior permission may be required to:

  • Republish a complete article
  • Copy a substantial part of an article
  • Sell or commercially distribute our content
  • Remove the original attribution
  • Present our writing as another person’s work
  • Copy custom graphics or branded images
  • Create misleading copies of our pages
  • Use our name or logo to imply a partnership
  • Translate and republish complete articles
  • Use automated tools to reproduce our content in bulk

Adding a link after copying a complete article does not automatically make the copying acceptable.

Third-Party Names and Trademarks

365 Vegas publishes informational articles about third-party games and digital platforms.

Names, logos, application interfaces, screenshots, icons and trademarks connected with those platforms belong to their respective owners.

Their appearance on 365vegas.com.pk does not mean that:

  • 365 Vegas owns the third-party brand
  • The rights holder operates this website
  • An official partnership exists
  • The rights holder has endorsed every article
  • We represent the platform’s support team

Third-party materials may be shown for identification, explanation, review, commentary or informational context. Their use does not transfer ownership to 365 Vegas.

Screenshots and Interface Images

Screenshots may be included to help readers understand a platform’s interface, navigation or features.

Images may be resized, placed inside a device frame or combined with headings and branding for presentation. We aim not to alter the underlying interface in a way that misrepresents the original platform.

A screenshot may become outdated when a platform changes its design. It should not be treated as proof of the current interface.

If a rights holder believes that a screenshot or visual has been used incorrectly, they can submit a review request using the process explained below.

No False Ownership Claim

365 Vegas does not claim ownership of third-party trademarks, logos, applications or original platform interfaces.

Where practical, articles may explain that relevant marks belong to their respective owners. The absence of a separate trademark symbol or ownership notice does not mean that we claim the third-party material as our property.

Visitor Comments

Visitors should submit only comments they have created themselves or have permission to share.

Comments must not contain:

  • Complete copyrighted articles
  • Protected images submitted without permission
  • Private messages copied without consent
  • Paid reports or documents
  • Large passages from another source
  • Material that violates another person’s rights

A visitor remains responsible for the content they submit.

Complete requirements are available in our Comment Policy.

Copyright Review Requests

A copyright owner or authorised representative may ask us to review material that they believe infringes their rights.

A complete request should include:

  1. The name of the rights holder.
  2. The requester’s relationship to the rights holder.
  3. Identification of the protected work.
  4. The exact 365 Vegas URL containing the material.
  5. A clear description of the disputed content.
  6. An explanation of why the use is believed to be unauthorised.
  7. A safe method for receiving a response.
  8. A statement that the request is made in good faith.
  9. A statement that the supplied information is accurate.
  10. The requester’s typed or electronic signature.

Incomplete requests may take longer to review because additional information may be required.

Trademark Concerns

A trademark-related request should clearly identify:

  • The registered or claimed mark
  • The owner of the mark
  • The relevant registration information, where applicable
  • The exact page URL
  • The material causing concern
  • How the material may create confusion
  • The action being requested
  • The requester’s authority to act

The use of a brand name for accurate identification or informational discussion is different from pretending to be the brand owner. Each request will be reviewed according to its specific context.

How to Submit a Request

Copyright, trademark and content-removal requests can be submitted through our Contact Us page.

Select the copyright or content concern option in the contact form and provide all relevant information.

For privacy reasons, a personal email address is not displayed publicly. The contact form should be used for the initial request.

Do not submit passwords, payment details or unrelated identity documents.

Review Process

After receiving a sufficiently complete request, we may:

  1. Identify the reported page and material.
  2. Review the context in which the material appears.
  3. Check whether the requester has provided enough information.
  4. Request clarification or proof of authority.
  5. Temporarily restrict material where appropriate.
  6. Edit, credit, replace, retain or remove the disputed material.
  7. Inform the requester of the result when a response method is available.

The appropriate action will depend on the content, context, information supplied and applicable requirements.

Possible Actions

After reviewing a request, we may:

  • Add or improve attribution
  • Correct an ownership statement
  • Replace an image
  • Remove a screenshot
  • Edit the affected section
  • Restrict access temporarily
  • Remove the disputed material
  • Retain the content when the request is unsupported
  • Request further information
  • Remove a visitor comment
  • Take no action when the request does not identify a valid concern

Submitting a request does not guarantee automatic removal.

Good-Faith Requests

Requests should be made honestly and only by a rights holder or a person authorised to act for them.

A requester should not knowingly:

  • Claim ownership of material they do not own
  • Misrepresent their authority
  • Demand the removal of unrelated content
  • Use a copyright request to suppress accurate information
  • Submit false legal statements
  • Threaten website staff
  • Include unnecessary sensitive information

False or misleading requests may be rejected. Other action may be considered where appropriate under applicable requirements.

Counter Information From a Contributor

If material submitted by a visitor or contributor is removed after a rights complaint, that person may provide information explaining why they believe the removal was mistaken.

Such a response should include:

  • Identification of the removed material
  • The original page URL
  • An explanation of the right or permission relied upon
  • Supporting evidence, when available
  • A safe response method
  • A statement that the supplied information is accurate

We may review both submissions before deciding whether content should remain removed, be restored or be modified.

This process does not replace a formal procedure available under applicable law.

Repeat Infringement

We may restrict or block a visitor who repeatedly submits content that violates another person’s intellectual-property rights.

Possible actions include:

  • Removing comments
  • Blocking future submissions
  • Restricting website access
  • Removing contributor privileges
  • Preserving relevant security records
  • Taking other reasonable protective steps

The action taken will depend on the seriousness and frequency of the issue.

Search-Engine Copyright Requests

A request sent to a search engine is separate from a request sent directly to 365 Vegas.

Google publishes information about copyright-related removals in its official Copyright Transparency Report.

Removal from Google Search does not necessarily remove material from the original website. A concern about content on 365vegas.com.pk should also be submitted through our own contact process.

External Websites

365 Vegas cannot remove or control material published independently on another website.

If another website has copied content or used a trademark, the concern should be directed to that website, its hosting provider or another appropriate service.

Our policy concerning third-party destinations is available in the External Links Policy.

Privacy of Requests

Information submitted in a rights-related request may be used to:

  • Identify the disputed material
  • Verify the requester’s authority
  • Review the complaint
  • Contact involved parties
  • Maintain necessary records
  • Respond to applicable legal requirements
  • Prevent misuse of the complaint process

Visitors should submit only the information reasonably required for the request.

More information is available in our Privacy Policy.

No Guaranteed Response Time

We aim to review properly submitted concerns within a reasonable period, but we do not guarantee a specific response or removal time.

Review may take longer when:

  • The request is incomplete
  • Ownership is unclear
  • Authority needs verification
  • Multiple pages are involved
  • The material requires technical review
  • Additional information is requested
  • The issue concerns another website

Repeatedly submitting the same request may not make the review faster.
